Refund Policy

Summary

AERNmax is a digital product delivered instantly upon payment. All sales are final. No refunds are issued after account activation.

Why no refunds

The moment your payment is confirmed, AERNmax provisions your account and emails your login credentials. From that point, you have full access to the platform and the value has been delivered. Because the product cannot be returned or de-provisioned without loss, all sales are final.

Cancellation

You can cancel future renewals of your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. No further charges are made. Cancelling does not refund any past payments.

Exceptional cases

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge for a subscription you did not authorize — contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and reverse confirmed billing errors. aernmaxtech@gmail.com.

Plain-language statement
